The exam committee for Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal university has begun preparations for examinations scheduled for 2022. In the recent meeting of the committee for examinations numerous decisions were made regarding the exams. Because of the corona outbreak the committee has determined to conduct the first semester exams using OMR and it was agreed to conduct the semester exams starting on 24 March.

At the last meeting of the exam committee, a significant change was introduced to the structure of semester exams. This year , the first semester exams will be held on OMR. The changes that follow were made.
There are 75 multiple choice questions to be answered in the tests.
- The exam time is one and one-half hour.
- At least 40 marks must be achieved in order to pass.
- The 25 points will be granted by the college via sessional marks.
